Grand Central Language Services (GC-LS) is an innovative and unconventional
language service company seeking to disrupt the language service industry
through novel approaches to cultivating better relationships with vendors and
offering clients an extensive variety of transparent options in terms of quality
and price. While most language service companies (LSCs) prioritize providing
their clients with a high-overhead full-service experience and tend to take for
granted their relationships with their vendors, GC-LS instead prioritizes excellent
relationships with vendors while striving to draw in and retain clients through a
low-overhead self-service business model that offers more pricing options with
greater transparency. Unlike most LSCs, GC-LS does not seek a customizable
long-term partnership with its clients but instead offers a convenient side option
for clients looking for a way to reduce costs on simpler projects that don’t require
a dedicated project management team.
